Add trust certificate for pacman:

wget -O sign.gpg 
pacman-key --add sign.gpg
pacman-key --lsign-key 'tau@noreply.git.devband.ru'

Add server with related distribution and architecture to /etc/pacman.conf :

[tau.git.devband.ru]
SigLevel = Required
Server =

Sync package with pacman:

pacman -Sy debuginfod

Dependencies	gcc-libs, glibc, libarchive, libarchive.so, libelf=0.196, libmicrohttpd, libmicrohttpd.so, sqlite, libsqlite3.so
Optional dependencies	elfutils=0.196: for translations
Make dependencies	bzip2, curl, gcc-libs, libarchive, libmicrohttpd, sqlite, xz, zlib, zstd
