Installation

Add trust certificate for pacman:

wget -O sign.gpg 
pacman-key --add sign.gpg
pacman-key --lsign-key 'tau@noreply.git.devband.ru'

Add server with related distribution and architecture to /etc/pacman.conf :

[tau.git.devband.ru]
SigLevel = Required
Server = 

Sync package with pacman:

pacman -Sy pacman

Description	A library-based package manager with dependency support
Provides	libalpm.so=16-64
Depends	bash, coreutils, curl, gawk, gettext, glibc, gnupg, gpgme, grep, libarchive, pacman-mirrorlist, systemd
Optional depends	base-devel: required to use makepkg, perl-locale-gettext: translation support in makepkg-template
Make depends	asciidoc, doxygen, git, meson
Check depends	fakechroot, python
Backup	etc/pacman.conf, etc/makepkg.conf, etc/makepkg.conf.d/rust.conf
